Once you've connected your accounts, you'll find a dashboard with several sections. This guide covers the 5 most important ones for your first day.
1. The Unified Inbox
All your WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram messages land here. Every conversation becomes a "customer" profile with their full interaction history.
2. Setting up AI auto-replies
From the "AI" section, you can:
- Set a reply "personality" (formal, friendly, concise...).
- Add business info (products, prices, return policy) so the AI replies accurately.
- Define which cases should be handed off to a human employee instead of resolved automatically.
3. Catalog and products
Add your products or services with photos and prices, and customers can browse and order right inside the chat without an external link.
4. Bookings and appointments (CRM)
If your business runs on appointments (clinic, salon, consulting), enable the booking system so customers can book directly in the conversation, with automatic reminders.
5. Reports and performance tracking
The reports section shows message volume, response rate, most-repeated questions, and how many conversations converted into actual sales.
Tip: spend the first week after activation reviewing the AI's replies and tuning them to sound like your actual business, instead of leaving the default settings as-is.
Once you're comfortable with the basics, put Toome to work on something bigger — like running a full WhatsApp marketing campaign.
